Sonja Parker, CH, is a professionally trained Certified Hypnotist, certified
through the National Guild of Hypnotist and received her certification as a
HypnoBirthing® childbirth educator in 2000 through the HypnoBirthing® Institute.
Sonja employs a simple energy therapy, EFT, that blends perfectly with
hypnotherapy. Hypnosis and EFT offer help to pregnant women with stress, nausea,
high blood pressure, turning a breech baby, and other concerns of pregnancy. If
you have a planned Caesarean-Birth, hypnosis and EFT help you to prepare for
surgery and a faster recovery.
