Our certified organic grass fed Angus cattle are raised on our mountain ranch in
remote east-central Idaho, eating intensively-managed certified organic pasture
throughout the growing season and locally-harvested organic stored forages in
the coldest months. We feed nothing else but organic pasture and organic
high-quality hay. The cattle are never confined in a feedlot. We feed no
antibiotics, additives, GMO feeds, animal byproducts or steroids and do not use
hormone implants or pour-on insecticides. Our careful management reduces animal
stress for optimal animal health, welfare and quality. We dry age 18-21 days at
a USDA inspected family-owned processor. We have been finishing and selling
direct to patrons for nearly 15 years, and have perfected our production and
processing to produce consistently tender delicious beef.
