Amblewood specializes in sunroots (aka Helianthus tuberosus, Jerusalem artichoke,
topinambour, Topinambur, ...). A sunflower type with edible tubers, native to Canada and
adjacent parts of N. America. Amblewood offers seed tubers from the four basic groups
(salad; and three cooking types), with many flavours. Henry's Stringless Runner Bean, a
Scarlet Runner type lacking the strong fibrous bit for ease of fresh eating. Grown on
Vancouver Island for the past 50 years. Shiso (perilla) adapted to short season, cool
climates. Shipping within Canada only
