Analyze product performance, create market plan, development of growth and
execute for manufacturers in the natural health industry. Utilize personal
contacts and established relationships with buyers to showcase product lines in
large chain and small independent stores. Presentations are made to wholesale
groups to achieve computer listings & scheduled promotions. Achieving
homogeneous key buying decisions at the regional headquarter level. Activities
at the store include building special displays, making sure the product is on
the shelf, adjusting shelf space, (merchandising) handling challenges as they
arise, pulling damaged product, helping to plan a special promotion for a local
team, monitoring promotions and monitoring competitive activity. Problem
resolution may include extra store visits. Additional supportive services
include: distribution warehousing and understanding of logistics; Electronic
Data Interchange (EDI) such as ERMA and Scan Genius; accounting reconciliation
and administrative support.
