Aquaponics is the combination of Aquaculture and Hydroponics. An integrated
system of growing fish and plants in the same system, the most water efficient
growing system in the world.
Water from the fish tanks is pumped through grow
beds that house the plants. Nutrients are produced from the waste of the fish,
with bacteria converting the waste into plant available nutrients.
