The Spelt* Bakery specializes in 100% Spelt and dairy free bread. We have a wide variety
of Goodies and Breads to choose from. We have bagels, cookies, muffins, pies, cakes,
squares, biscuits, cinnamon buns, baguettes, nanaimo bars, scones, take home mixes and so
much more.
People with food allergies are welcome. We are open to the public on
Wednesdays and Saturdays only.
Check our website for alternate locations. Call for
hours we are open (seasonal changes apply).
*Spelt is significantly lower in gluten,
higher in protein and B compex vitamins.
