Grass Fed Beef: Finished on certified organic pasture. We do not use growth promoting
hormones or antibiotics. Our feed is free of pesticides and GMO's. During the winter the
animals eat a biologically appropriate diet of hay, whole plant forages, and freshly
ground flax, which helps to maintain levels of healthy fats.
Our beef is dry aged as a
whole side for 21 days for superior taste, tenderness, and nutrition. We sell our beef
frozen as individual cuts and take orders for sides and quaters.
We ship our beef by
courier in Southwestern Ontario from Windsor to the Greater Toronto Area and from Goderich
to Niagara Falls.
