As a health counselor, I am here to help you recognize the knowledge that your
body has to offer, whatever your health concerns may be. Through a personalized
health program, you will be able to resolve concerns about your body and improve
your overall health in order to obtain the tools for a lifetime of balance.
What does your personalized program include?
- Two sessions per month, in
person or via telephone
- Email support between each session
- Group seminars
and classes
- A health food store tour
- Materials such as books, cookbooks,
CDs, and handouts
- Food samples
- Invitations to wellness workshops
