We believe that choosing plant-based foods is one of the best things we can do
for ourselves, the environment, and for animals.
BVS provides a community for
vegetarians, vegans, and anyone wanting to learn more about the benefits of
plant-based eating and the impact of food choices on animals, the environment,
and personal health. The society sponsors educational seminars, social dinners,
vegan cooking classes, holiday events, outreach events, and the Annual Boston
Vegetarian Food Festival.
