An all organic catering company with multiple green sustainable kitchens. All
menu items are organic and prepared in kitchens that use organic cleaners,
organic paints, organic pest control, air and water filtration systems, recycled
flooring that releases no VOC's, down to dual flush toilets. CaterConscious is
a division of NYTB, Inc, which is the corporate branch that has organic
restaurants opening throughout Phx Metro area and has organic catering for
children through FresGen Kids. Both CaterConscious and FresGen Kids have menu
items that specialize in vegan, gluten-free, nut free, fructose free, excessive
salt and/or sugar free, lactose free and in other special needs that children or
adults may have. All kitchen locations are nut free and Eco-Conscious. FresGen
Kids is delivered in LapTop lunch boxes and CaterConscious uses recyclable corn
and potato based packaging.
