CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION-
Saturday Classes held in Clark Chiropractic Center, Pasadena, MD.
BABY CLASS (2 parts) Recommended 24-38 wks pregnant. Learn: Newborn care, Feeding and
Postpartum care. FEE: $60.
BODY CLASS (2 parts) Recommended pre-pregnancy - 34 wks
pregnant. Learn: Nutrition, Exercise, Changes, Tests, Relaxation. FEE: $60.
BIRTH CLASS
(5 parts) Recommended 16 - 34 wks pregnant. Learn: The process, Effective birthing,
Maternity procedures and practices. FEE: $150.
LABOR DOULA SERVICE: Providing
continuous physical and emotional support and encouragement to the laboring woman and her
companions. Drawing on my knowledge and experience, I can provide reassurance and
perspective to you and your partner, make suggestions for labor progress, and help with
relaxation, massage, positioning and other techniques for comfort. I am working for you to
make sure that you have the information you need to make informed decisions as they arise
in labor.
