Cedar Valley Sustainable Farm is third generation farm just north of Ottawa,
Illinois (and an hour and a half drive southwest of the city of Chicago) that
has been farmed conventionally with a conservation bent for the past sixty
years. It is now being converted wholly to using sustainable practices and
organic methods.
