We have been certified organic since 1995. We are small family farmers. Our Beef, Buffalo
and Lamb are grass fed and grass finished. (never any grains or by products. No feed lots)
All of our livestock has been born on our family farms.
Our poultry and pork are raised
on grass pasture and also fed certified organic grains.(no by-products)
Our hot dogs and
sausages are made from our rump, round and chuck roast and certified organic spices, no
fillers ( gluten Free)
Our meat is vacuum packed cry-o- vac in mostly one pound packages.
