Doulas of Central New Jersey

I am a certified knowledgeable professional who assists families during the critical period after the birth of their baby. I mother the mother and offer physical, emotional and informational support to the family as well as practical help. Doulas are trained to know when things aren't progressing normally and to suggest appropriate resources for help. I do what needs to be done.

 I am certified as a postpartum doula and lactation counselor.
