Earnest Efforts has been hand-crafting child-safe wood rattles for over 20
years. Our unique rattles are handmade from remnant woods of Oregon such as
black walnut, myrtlewood, maple burl, ash, oak and cherry. They are filled with
copper and zinc bbs, hand-sanded and finished with Clapham's all-natural bees
wax. Those who grew up with our rattles are now returning to us to purchase
rattles for their own children. Wood toys are a safer alternative to toxic
plastic toys for children. (No living trees are ever cut for our artwork)
