backgrounds dedicated to growing healthier neighborhoods thru G.R.A.C.E. -
Gardens, Recycling, Activism, Composting & Education.
Weekly volunteer
activities around Nashville including a composting land sculpture at the George
W. Carver Food Park, Home of the DeFord Bailey Tribute Rose Garden, Gateway to
Heritage with students from Tennessee State University, Fisk University and
Meharry Medical College.
E.D.and founder Sizwe Herring, a certified
permaculture educator, was awarded 2002 Teacher of the Year by the TN
Environmental Educators Association.
