The East West Center of Cleveland has been serving people in NE Ohio and the
Mid-West for 35 years. Counseling services, retreat weekends, lectures, books,
the MacroNewsLetter, shiatsu sessions and classes, spiritual practices and
regular all-natural, vegetarian, macrobiotic dinners have been the mainstay of
our activities. We've seen people recover from severe degenerative disorders,
like cancer and multiple sclerosis, using natural foods and better lifestyle
choices. However, healing is only the more famous aspect of macrobiotics,-its
real goal is developing your infinite potential...or you could say spiritual
development. Basicly, securing your happiness and one peaceful world. We start
with individual health and proceed to the society, the environment, the entire
