monthly pre-order basis.
Offerings include flours, beans, grains, dried and
packaged goods, coffees, teas, chocolate, cheese, cider, maple products, apples,
beef, poultry, fish, personal care and household products.
Ellora's
environmentally-sustainable no-retail-space, just-in-time model minimizes
electricity use, generates no waste (groceries are provided in recyclable
cardboard boxes), and encourages cooperation among local members to share
resources, minimize carbon footprints and help build community.
