Ending hunger required addressing inequality and requires broad structural changes in
access to food, jobs that pay a living wage, and land and other resources sufficient to
produce food. Changes to end hunger can only come through motilizing large numbers of
people. Genetic engineering of food: the newest stage of industralized agriculture, will
increase corporate domination of our food supply, threatening the environment and our
