The Geauga Humane Society is a privately funded, nonprofit animal welfare organization
serving Geauga County and Cleveland's Eastern suburbs. Rescue Village is our 10,800 square
foot animals shelter and center for humane education and provides housing for dogs, cats
and other small animals. Rescue Village also has a 5 stall barn used to shelter farm
animals during humane investigations.
Our Mission:
To shelter and find homes for sick,
injured, abused and abandoned domestic
animals that have no other alternatives .
To
foster compassion for all living things through education..
To reduce pet overpopulation
through spay/neuter programs, and
To prevent cruelty by advocating and enforcing animal
protection laws.
