Transitions are about finding our life. Some transitions we put off until we
can no longer avoid facing ourselves. Facing one's self is a life-changing
experience; like an onion, the layers of doubt and fear must be peeled back to
reveal the gift of truth, authenticity, and acceptance within.
Helen's
practice focuses on gender identity issues.
The ability to express one's self
in safety and authenticity, as we explore is critical to overall health and
happiness. Of particular importance is the examination of wellness and self-care
as an integral part in healing, growth and authenticity. What could be more
