Gentle World is a nonprofit educational organization, whose purpose is to help
build a more peaceful society, by educating the public about vegan living. We
believe that embracing the vegan ideal is nothing less than humanity�s next
evolutionary step and our greatest hope for peace on earth.
Our headquarters
is on The Big Island of Hawaii. We have a large vegan-organic garden where we
grow much of our own food and teach others to do the same. We offer free cooking
classes, consultations and meals to those interested in transitioning to a
healthier, more peaceful way of living.
We also own 450 acres of magnificent
New Zealand countryside, where we host WWOOFers each summer season
(November-May), to help with the planting and maintenance of fruit trees, flower
gardens and several veganic vegetable gardens.
We welcome correspondence with
people who are interested in learning more about our mission and activities.
