We have one of the area's largest supply of gluten free foods. Also vegan,
vegetarian, dairy free, and other special need items. We are a drop off for, and
work with CSA. Most of our organic grains and flours come from local farms. Our
organic produce is QAI or OCIA certified to make sure you get the best possible
for your money. For your body and hair needs we carry all natural soaps and
shampoos. Ladies we offer natural feminine care products also. We carry a large
selection of natural supplements for all your needs including practioner lines
such as Metagenics, and Nutitional Frontiers. With the opening of our Wellness
Clinic we are adding many new services such as Merdian Stress Analysis to
determine nutritional deficiencies, Therapeutic massage, Herbalism and Herbal
Therapies, Health and Cooking Classes, and more. Store hours are Sun. 12-5,
Mon.- Thurs. 9-6, Fri. 9-4. Closed Sat.
