Green Home Properties wants to assist you with the purchase of your next
energy efficient, or better yet Green, home. Gail Johnson was instrumental in
the creation of the recently (2010) added green features to the Arizona MLS
system. This addition to MLS is a beneficial key to realizing value and selling
homes that have energy efficient features. Gail hold the EcoBroker certification
and was the first in Arizona to complete the National Association of Realtor's
GREEN designation. Other certifications include CRS (Certified Residential
Specialist), ePRO (internet certified) and CSSN (Short Sale Real Estate
Consultant).
