We at Green Table believe in using locally grown and organic ingredients. Our
philosophy is to work for a sustainable world for us and our kids. At our
artisan kitchen we prepare most meals from scratch. We take the time to get to
know our farmers and suppliers of food. Food that promotes ecological balance
and good health. By coming to Green Table you are supporting the work of local
artisans and the worldwide movement for healthier and sustainable food
practices. We are up to the challenge of making a small but growing and
increasing contribution to the food education and health of the community. A
challenge that we will face with our proposal of what we call Green Table
Cuisine.
