The Growing Growers Training Program offers on-farm apprenticeships at more than
a dozen organic/sustainable farms in the Kansas City/Lawrence area. Paid and
volunteer apprentices work in the field, attend monthly workshops/farm tours,
and receive one-on-one training from their host farmers. Workshops begin in
March and continue into October.
