Organic Chemist and Diet Counselor Dee McCaffrey grew up being overweight. She later used
her organic chemistry background to discover a link between consuming processed foods and
disease. She eliminated just flour and sugar (today's most processed) from her diet and
lost 100 pounds, nearly half her body weight, and has kept the weight off for over 15
years still to this day.
She has a successful cookbook and many fans of her recipes, so
it was natural for Dee to start creating and delivering healthy prepared meals. Each meal
is consistant with Dee's successful eating program she used for herself and her many
successful clients.
Our meals consist of 80% organic ingredients and are nearly
pesticide-free through applying the principles suggested by the Environmental Working
Group.
Full Vegan menu is available as well as the Classic menu with range chicken,
hormone-free turkey and wild caught fish.
