I teach women with adrenal fatigue and underactive thyroid conditions how to
support and nourish their bodies with whole foods nutrition, lifestyle choices
that promote balance, and other natural remedies so they can shed weight and
regain their energy while still enjoying the foods they love.
Additionally,
I can assist with weight loss without deprivation and struggle, whole foods
nutrition and other natural remedies for perimenopause/menopause, managing
hypoglycemia (often called "pre-diabetes"), and greatly increasing vital energy.
I am a proponent of eating locally and seasonally, as I believe it's the right
thing to do for our health, the environment, and for our valued farmers.
