Hello. I offer a Holistic Health Coaching and Counselling, Teaching, and
Practitioner service in person or by phone that includes, personal growth,
empowerment techniques and tools, guided meditation/visualization techniques,
intuitive card readings & astrology for more insight and clarity, nutrition,
mostly living, raw, and whole foods (health benefits and food preparation
classes), cleansing, fasting, herbal supplements, and plant remedies, light and
energy techniques. I teach yoga - gentle Hatha, pre-natal, kids', family, and
laughter yogas, and offer body (massage & light touch) and breathwork.
I focus
on discovering and practicing the most powerful health and healing ways to
connect with the true self. Part of the consulting may involve refering to other
modes of health practices, and teachers.
I'm based in Nelson BC, and do travel.
I am connecting with people who want to go on retreats to sacred spots of the
world, and with guides who would like to co-create group journeys or would like
assistance.
