Korea Animal Protection Society (KAPS) is the first and only legally registered charitable
organization in Korea campaigning for animal welfare and protesting against the cruel
slaughter and consumption of cats and dogs.
International Aid for Korean Animals
(IAKA) was established in the US to raise awareness and funds for KAPS. IAKA and KAPS are
the only organizations actively campaigning for animal welfare and protesting against the
cruel slaughter and consumption of cats and dogs in Korea. Financial support is
desperately needed from the international community.
