We started a new business several months ago in Philly making a non dairy ice cream alternative called KOV (stands for kosher, organic, vegan). Our non-dairy frozen dessert is a perfect alternative for people on special diets/food allergies with great crossover appeal. KOV is made from the best all natural, organic ingredients: coconut milk (rich creamy base for our non-dairy frozen dessert), agave (natural sweetener with low glycemic index), natural flavors (ginger, vanilla, cocoa and peppermint). The non-dairy frozen dessert does NOT contain: Dairy, soy, cholesterol, hydrogenated oils, preservatives, artificial colors, peanuts, gluten, or artificial flavors.
