vegetarian restaurant with full service and an international bar. It is serving
mainly organic cuisine with authentic dishes from Asia, India, Italy, with
contemporary cuisine from New Zealand and Australia. The lodge and restaurant
are perched on the shores of mystical Lake Atitlan in the Mayan highlands of
Guatemala. It is built with adobe, wood and palm, and furnished with rustic
