Our family owned and operated bakery located in Upstate NY is a dedicated gluten
free facility. We specialize in baking a wide variety of whole grain, 100%
all-natural, hand-crafted breads and sweets.
Some of our bread line
includes: whole grain, cinnamon raisin, light caraway, swedish rye,
pumpernickel, and multi-grain bread. We also make foot-long sub rolls,
sandwhich buns, tomato garlic pizza crust, bagels, hand-crafted melba toast and
more.
Our sweets line consists of indulgent cakes, muffins, cookies, pound
cakes and cupcakes. We use only the finest ingredients - both natural and
organic.
All of our products are non-gmo, trans fat free and our breads are
diabetic friendly. We use evaporated cane juice, sea salt, and brown rice flour
in all of our recipes. We NEVER use sodium carboxy methylcellulose. All of our
products are made with chlorine-free spring water.
All of our products can be
frozen for long-term storage. Products are available to wholesale, retail and
foodservice.
