Linda Lauretta provides traditional psychotherapy, Ayurvedic and Energy
counseling as well as meditation instruction. The office provides a meditation
room for contemplation and yoga nidra (deep yogic relaxation). A therapeutic
relationship creates the conditions for healing to occur and to help empower
each person to develop the abilities to restore balance and vitality. These
therapies are focused on helping to reconnect with your divine nature and live
