This practitioner recognizes the connection between what we eat and how we feel.
I advocate a plant-based diet that leans increasingly towards incorporating
more raw food in the diet. I support clients in their transition to healthier
lifestyle choices.
I maintain that regular exercise is essential to peace of
mind. Thinking that the cosmos is conspiring to shower you with blessings is
even more integral to that peace.
