Mandala offers a peaceful sanctuary in the mountains just north of Atlanta, GA.
Our Spa features natural products, organic body and skin care, and our cafe'
uses organic and local produce whenever possible. Our mountaintop features a
lovely B & B with gorgeous rooms and spectacular views. Packages & Seasonal
Specials are always available.
Mandala offers Personal retreats on a regular
basis for those who are world-weary or for folks wanting to quit smoking or
explore healthier lifestyles.
We also offer ongoing yoga, QiGong and
Mindfulness Meditation Classes along with day-long and weekend retreats.
Individual consultations for guests include: counseling/psychotherapy for
individuals or couples,private yoga or meditation instruction, hypnosis,
stress
reduction and guided imagery, and ayurvedic nutrition and Life Balancing
Sessions.
