Mid-Atlantic Border Collie Rescue (MABCR) is a haven for Border Collies that
have been discarded, neglected, abandoned, or have been strays. Our goal is to
help dogs that have been overlooked, misunderstood, or whose lives are in
jeopardy in shelters.
