Monkey and Son specializes in small batches of hand selected Fair Trade Organic beans,
roasted to perfection, and shipped to anywhere in the US! We use a Northern German Style
of roasting in which the temperature is raised slowly and carefully until carmelization
and carbonization occurs, permitting an explosion of sugars and oils to come out. The
beans are then kept in their own smoke before being air cooled.
