I am a DONA-trained Birth Doula, living and working in Syracuse, NY. My four children were were naturally born and breastfed. I spent over three years working in Baltimore as a WIC Breastfeeding Counselor. I have always wanted to work with birth and am now serving families as a doula.

Standard doula service:

- 3 prenatal visits

- continuous labor support

- 1 postpartum visit

- breastfeeding support for as long as you are nursing
