Nature�s Bakery Cooperative is a vegetarian bakery committed to using organic
whole grains. We have been a worker�s collective since 1970.
At Nature�s
Bakery Cooperative we make nine sliced sandwich breads, one unleavened
sourdough, and a whole grain pita bread. We use a variety of grains, seeds, and
other mighty fine ingredients. The constant in all our breads is the organic
whole grains and the quality, steadfast effort of our bakers.
We offer eight
varieties of granola that we make fresh on a weekly basis. Almond Raisin,
Molasses Almond Raisin, Cashew Raisin, Peanut Butter, and Six Grain are
traditional granolas. They are baked with honey, barley malt syrup, and a
non-GMO soy oil. We sweeten the Molasses Almond Raisin with blackstrap molasses.
Currently Nature�s Bakery Cooperative makes four types of cookies. We sell
three different veggie burgers out of our storefront, to retailers, and to
various local restaurants: the Vegetarian Burger, the Amazing Grain Burger and
the Tofu Walnut Burger.
