After 11 years of running a winter CSA (November through April), we decided to
give ourselves a break and concentrate on the animals that feed us and provide
fertility to the farm. Right now our primary products are goat milk and eggs.
We hope to return to winter vegetable and seed production as soon as we find
partners in the endeavor. In a good year we grow all of our animal food,
including grains, and as much of our own food as we are able. We can contract
to supply a specific crop for an individual or group.
