when raising 100% grass fed beef. Knowing that the soil is the most important asset they
have, the Nick family has had their ranch & their cattle Certified Organic by CCOF. "This
ranch has been in our family since 1918 and we know it is important to care for it for
future generations. We choose not to use antibiotics, steroids or growth hormones on our
cattle and we choose not to use damaging fertilizers, herbicides or GMOs in the management
of our land." Says Juanell Nick Hepburn when talking about the way her Dad and brothers
care for land within their family ranch boundaries. "After reading Michael Pollan's book
"The Omnivore's Dilemma", we realized that not everyone is able to get healthy, fresh food
