As a personal health and fitness coach I will be your one one on one guide to a
healthier happier you. Life is serious enough so i make it a priority to keep
things simple, fun and light hearted. I have learned that deprivation and strict
rules to become healthy are neither helpful or necessary. As a Board Certified
Holistic Health Counselor my approach to guide you to your goals, both
physically and nutritionaly encompass the whole you, your individuality, your
lifestyle, and body type. Not all foods are right for everyone, and not all
exercises are right for everyone. Your health and your life can be as beautiful
