We are a Winnipeg, Manitoba organic handler/livestock dealer working with Certified
Organic Ranchers/Grower Groups from the Canadian Prairies. The certified organic producers
raise free range, grass fed beef and are all certified organic with approved certifying
bodies. The red meats are dry aged, then wet aged from 14 - 21 days, then fast froze to
maintain optimum freshness. Organic Ranchers can distribute to your favourite retail
locations within Canada.
