Papillon 911 Rescue and Adoption, Inc. is a charitable organization created to
rescue Papillons and Papillon mixes nationwide. We will supply food, shelter,
and loving attention plus medical care to all Papillons in need. We will rescue
and shelter any Papillon or Papillon mix abandoned in a kill shelter or from an
owner who is unable to care for the Papillon.
We especially focus our
attention on locating and rescuing dogs from a life of horror that breeders use
in puppy mills. We will rescue and place each Papillon who are culled from the
puppy mills or purchased at puppy mill auctions no matter what their health or
age.
We carefully match each dog to their new families. We prescreen each
applicant. All Papillons that come into our rescue will be taken care of for
the rest of their lives.
We will seek to educate the public on the importance
of spay/neuter for every pet and on responsible pet ownership. We will seek to
inform the public about the cruelty in the commercial dog industry.
