Being a part of the solution requires our communities and each individual person
to voice their opinions on animal welfare. Everyday an animal is turned away or
unnecessarily euthanized because people see this as an "animal problem", The
truth is its a people problem. Whther your hearts lie with the animals or the
persons forced to relinquished their pets. From our seniors who can no longer
care for their pets through no fault of their own to troops who continuously put
themselves on the line for our country. Our shelter is on a mission to relocate
to a larger and more private area in McHenry County, and build a facility that
children can come to, as a place to be educated. Where families can bond with
their potential forever pets and a place where homeless patrons, seniors,
divorcees, disabled, troops and not to mention stray animals whose only crime is
that they have no home and no family. Pets In Need needs your help. Begin a
positive legacy by contributing to this worthy and live saving cause.
