Classes are currently being held in Midtown Sacramento in the Bradley Method of
Natural childbirth. The classes teach families how to have natural births
through simple and effective techniques. Over 86% of the 1 million couples
trained in The Bradley Method nationwide have had spontaneous, unmedicated
vaginal births. This method works! Classes are twelve weeks in length and run
throughout the year. Women are encouraged to take the class in their last
trimester of pregnancy.
