pesticide and synthetic fertilizer use since 1978. 100's of acres devoted to the organic
production of grains, legumes, hay and vegetables, along with a 300-head
organically-managed and 100% organically fed cattle herd. Roseland organic beef is sold at
the small on-farm marketdirect to customer by the cut or by a half/quarter (see prices).
Frozen meat cuts are also shipped across the country via FedEx, 60 lb minimum; also
occasional direct deliveries of larger orders in the Michigan are
