As the founder of Ruby Fruit Holistics it is my mission to
empower individuals
and families to take control of their
health. I incorporate the principles of
bio-individuality
whereby no one diet works for everyone. I partner with each
client
to harmonize body, mind and spirit which is accomplished through
dietary and lifestyle changes. I advocate for and support my clients as they
reach their goals.
I offer the following services:

Group Health Counselling Plan
including monthly workshops,

Home Makeovers,
Healthy Home Parties, and
Corporate Workshops.
