Artist S A Schimmel Gold is upcycling junk mail, greeting cards, advertising
ephemera and other materials to create unique fine art. This is museum quality
fine art, it has been shown in galleries and museums across the western states.
The artist developed a technique to emulate mosaic portraits by re-using old
canvasses and repurposing her paintings by transforming them into something
completely new. She has been a well-known painter and mosaic artisan for many
years.
This new mixed media art form, Acrylic Mosaic Fusion, allows her to
marry the two techniques into one, using resources that would otherwise go to
waste.
Original art is priced from $100 - $4500.00 and is available through
